**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for creating and enabling an environment to drive performance and employee engagement across the BU
- Partnering with management to define and implement relevant appropriate plans to improve individual, team and BU effectiveness, to enhance the overall performance of the business through people
- Review and implement Policies and Procedures
- Remain Updated on changes to legislation, regulations, codes of good practice
- Reviewing, amending, updating and drafting roles and responsibilities
- Improve employee relations
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to managers in regard to HR/IR related queries
- Ensure BU HR Administration is up to date
- Induction/Orientation of new employees for the BU
- Driving recruitment needs for the BU
- Responsible for executing the IPM system for the BU

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 3- 5 years BP experience
- CCMA experience
- Presentation Experience
- Report Writing
- Payroll Processing Experience
- Driver’s Licence
- Microsoft experience
