Receptionist/admin

**1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Switchboard +reception duties including but not limited to receiving of operational information from site managers/supervisors
- Schedule meetings and support visitors
- Create quotations and process invoices for all services on Sage
- Writes and distributes mail
- Liaising with site supervisors/foremen on daily operations
- Handling admin requests and queries from senior managers
- Make travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing system
- Filling out tender documents
- Proper knowledge of social media usage-for business advertising
**- Excellent oral and written communication skills**
**- Must be able to work under pressure**
**- Must have matric + Administration or construction experience**
**- Must be able to organize work using tools like Ms. Office Preferably Excel.**
**Previous secretary or executive admin assistant experience and familiarity to our industry will be an added advantage.**
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: From R4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
