**What is the job**:
**We are looking for an architect with loads of drive and passion to join our PMO team consisting of a group of professionals with a wide range of skills. Working in a small team means you will be involved in many aspects of the development process and your aesthetic and functional approach to design will play a defining role in how our customers and employees experience our restaurants.**:
**What will be expected of you?**:

- **Space Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient and visually appealing layouts for KFC restaurants, ensuring optimal use of space to enhance customer and employee experience.
- ** Interior Design**: Create and implement interior design concepts that align with KFC's brand identity, encompassing colour schemes, furniture selection, lighting, and décor to create inviting and on-brand environments.
- ** Architectural Drafting**: Generate detailed architectural drawings and plans, incorporating local building codes and regulations, to facilitate the construction and remodelling of KFC establishments.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to bring designs to life efficiently.
- ** Material and Fixture Selection**: Source and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and finishes that meet KFC's standards for durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with franchise owners, operations teams, and external consultants to understand specific requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- ** Quality Control**: Conduct site visits to assess and ensure the implementation of designs aligns with approved plans and maintains high-quality standards.

**Are you qualified?***:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

**Have you done this before?**:

- Minimum 5 year of experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, MS Office and other design tools.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Strong knowledge of building regulations and familiar with sustainable building practices.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High performance mindset and have effective communication and negotiation abilities.
