Host guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally, maintaining the lodge's reputation for exceptional service.

Utilize systems such as Protel and Procure proficiently to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.

Handle invoicing processes, including inputting invoices and managing stock inventory accurately.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the lodge.

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Respond efficiently to any guest concerns or issues, resolving them to the guest's satisfaction.

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lodge or hotel environment.

Proficiency in systems such as Protel and Procure is essential.

Strong front office and hosting experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Experience in invoicing and stock management, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff members.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
