**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of invoices for vendors and suppliers.
- Facilitate invoicing and billing procedures.
- Generate client quotations.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline business operations.
- Manage job card processing and scheduling.
- Handle procurement of materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and secure purchase orders or contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage stock invertor effectively.
- Coordinate deliveries and courier service proficiently.
- Act as a liaison with clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Address client complaints, inquiries, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
- Identify and pursue potential new clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and post-sale, ensuring continued satisfaction.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Solar Systems and electrical equipment, as well as familiarity with relevant tools.
- Knowledgeable in tactical gear, including rifles and hunting equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Client Relationship Management.
- Skilled in delivering effective Sales Presentations and Demonstrations.
- Strong Negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing deals.
- Proficient in Presentation Skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals.
- Experience in Brand Management, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Strategic Planning and analytical thinking abilities for developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Accurate data processing and meticulous record-keeping skills.
- Effective dispute resolution skills, promoting efficiency and positive outcomes.
- Presentable with clear written and verbal communication skills for conveying financial information and engaging with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, including invoicing and quotations.
- Customer service orientation, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting clients.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude to foster a supportive office environment.
- Efficient time management, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Willingness to adapt, learn new skills, and take on new responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Specifications**:
**Essential (Must have)**:

- Grade 12
- 5 Years Sales Experience.
- Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in Sage and or Pastel.
- Own Transport and a valid Drivers License.

**Salary offer**:

- **Basic Salary starting from R 12 000.00 CTC based on experience and requirements plus commission.**
