**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically promote singles, albums, and artists to radio and TV stations across South Africa.both international and domestic releases
- Utilize existing relationships with industry professionals to secure airplay, interviews, and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of plugging campaigns to optimize strategies for increased artist visibility.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive promotional efforts across all media platforms.
- Regularly update artists and management on campaign progress and success within the South African market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in music plugging, especially within the South African market, with a strong preference for backgrounds in record labels or radio stations.
- Established network within the South African TV and radio industry.
- SADAC radio / media contacts is a bonus
- Deep understanding of the local music scene, including audience preferences and media formats.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills, capable of working independently.
- Passion for music and a keen instinct for tracks with potential success on radio and TV.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive salary reflective of experience.
- Performance-based bonuses for achieving significant chart placements and artist visibility through successful campaigns.

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
