**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Provide operational support to legal team of South Africa

**You are responsible for**
- Draft of legal documents - contracts, addendas, complaints, replies to complaints, communications with clients, official letters, pleadings in commercial, consumer, tender, and administrative proceedings.
- Research of case law, update of regulations and legislation. Study of specific business cases in civil, commercial and administrative law.
- Management and update of online and offline contract archives and contract document registration.
- Support in the creation of in-house training materials on privacy and compliance (healthcare compliance).
- Support in corporate matters.
- General support of Legal Department in internal requests (Tenders, Service, Consumer, Tax, Finance and HR teams).

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- You must be a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communicational skills
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP
