We are looking for passionate Assistant Managers to join an exciting new brand coming to South Africa

Our Assistant Managers lead the Kitchen and Front of House operation of our shops and support their General Manager in growing sales and delivering on Key Performance Indicators. They are responsible for building happy and passionate teams, delivering fantastic customer experience and ensuring delicious, great quality food and coffee every day in a friendly, welcoming and safe environment.

We are looking for people who demonstrate Passion, Team Working, Clear Communication and Great Execution at work, and have a genuine passion for helping others to develop their knowledge and skills, in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

We are dedicated to making sure that the right training, development and support to our wonderful people. There may be future opportunities to progress (if you want to) to a General Manager role and you’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in a QSR environment, 2-3 years
- Management or Supervisor experience, 2-3 years
- Working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Great customer experience

Pay: R11 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
