Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, approachable manner, offering personalized advice and styling tips.
- **Sales Support**: Actively promote and sell boutique products, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure that the store is beautifully presented and well-stocked, with attention to detail on product displays and cleanliness.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in receiving new stock, pricing, and replenishing items as needed.
- **Cashier Duties**: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with care.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest collections and fashion trends to confidently advise customers on our range of offerings.

- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours.
