We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our client’s team as a **Customer Service Advisor (Norwegian)**.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with relocation assistance to Riga, Latvia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
- Ensure cases are resolved within the case lifecycle, adhering to individual performance targets.
- Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with project Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and perform additional ad hoc tasks to enhance client service and KPI improvements.

**Educational and Professional Qualifications**:

- Near-native (CEFR level C1) or native Norwegian language proficiency.
- Intermediate English skills (B1+) for documentation and system logging.
- Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is an advantage.

**Preferred Competencies**:

- Optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated personality.
- Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to shift hours or part-time schedules as required.
- Excellent written communication skills in Norwegian for handling written customer contacts, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.

**Requirements**:

- No criminal record or unfavorable credit data (background check required).
- Minimum age of 18 years.
