Operation Supervisor

_**Minimum Requirements**:_
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory position.
- Computer literate - full Microsoft suite
- Good knowledge of Health &Safety regulations
- National Diploma in Transport
- Driver licence & PDP

- Knowledge of transport industry Standards
- Road and traffic rules and regulations
- Knowledge of transportation as a discipline
- Ability to establish and build strong working relationships with co-worker and commuters
- Fare collection processes and procedures

- **Duties**:_
- Oversee that uneconomical routes are identified, and buses reduced.
- Monitor, evaluate and revise allocated shifts and the dispatching of buses.
- Increase patronage and reduce accidents.
- Utilise technical knowledge in dealing with projects within area of responsibility.
- Review and update driver work instructions to align to Myboet’s Transport objectives.
- Diffuse any conflict between drivers and commuters.
- Review trends and compare to expectations against business unit plans.
- Understand relationships and linkages within several information and sources.
- Anticipate operations issues that are not readily apparent on the surface.
- Report and identify areas that need guidance to resolve moderately simple communication issues.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazyview, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
