_Purpose:_

To ensure that safe and reliable busses are available to be dispatched according to the schedule. Busses to be dispatched on time, uninterrupted service.
- Duties:_
- Understand technical dispatch aspects of the bus industry and best practices.
- Adhere to Company vehicle dispatch schedules.
- Monitor that bus drivers are available, fit for work and adhere to schedule.
- Ensure that all busses display correct destination for the route.
- Obtain and sign drivers log slips.
- Report timely to Supervisor when bus leaves.
- Check the bus drivers have operating equipment(ETM fitted, ticket rolls, price list)
- Ensure that bus displays correct destination for the route.
- Report breakdowns or faulty to Supervisor and Technical staff.
- Coordinate bus replacement if there is a breakdown.
- Report accidents to Supervisor and Operations Manager.
- Prepare and compile bus dispatching reports for submission to Management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
