**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Based at Cape Town Branch to further strengthen our local Sales team, we are currently seeking:
**JUNIOR BAKER- **(_Cape Town, South Africa_)
- Baking and working closely with the Technical Advisor & Sales team.

**III. - KEY TASKS**- Bake all products with excellence.
- Assist Technical Advisors on our products.
- Present finished goods
- Sleep away from home when required by the National Technical Advisor.
- Work with the Sales team to build and grow the business.
- Create new innovative products from existing products.
- Perform under pressure during shows, presentations, and store openings.
- Calculate costings with technical advisors.

**IV. - JOB REQUIREMENT**- Grade 12 is compulsory.
- Driver’s License is not essential for this position but required in future for promotions within the Technical Department.
- Experience: Minimum of Two (2) years required as a Junior Baker from Chipkins Puratos Bakery School; must be a Matriculated individual and selected by the School Principal to participate in a Yes Programme.
- Languages: English is a prerequisite; additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) will be an advantage.
- Other expertise: Business & result driven, strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, team player, creative, innovative.
