**Responsibilities**:

- _ Artisanal Baking:_ Execute the production of a wide range of artisanal bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes and techniques.
- _ Innovation:_ Bring a creative touch to our bakery offerings, introducing innovative and visually appealing products that align with the luxury standards of our establishment.
- _ Quality Control:_ Maintain a high standard of quality in all baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- _ Collaboration:_ Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate the integration of bakery items into the overall menu, contributing ideas and collaborating on cross-functional projects.

**Requirements**:

- _ Artisanal Bakery Experience:_ Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in artisanal baking, with a proven track record of creating high-quality and visually stunning baked goods.
