Job Overview

The Office Reception and Administrator will provide the necessary support to the finance team. The Office Reception and Administrator will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by assisting with administrative tasks and providing documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their the smooth running of the office and company activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Keeping reception area clean and tidy
- Looking presentable and being courteous
- Managing Switchboard
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assisting in diary management of CEO
- Assisting with admin duties, Skills development, BEE
- Adhoc duties and filing
- Ordering office supplies when necessary
- Fetching stuff from the Shop if and when required
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Take meeting notes when necessary

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
**- 5 years experience**

**-Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license (Must have)**

**-Pastel experience (Must have)**

- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills: Basic MS Excel, Word, Outlook
