Our client, an established and very busy dealership in KZN Durban is seeking to employ a Dealership Experienced Service Advisor that is self-motivated, friendly, and hardworking.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- Senior Certificate.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
- Work Independently.
- Take initiative without overstepping boundaries.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- In a Corporate Dealership - Min 5+ years.
- Dealer Programs: BSI / Evolve / Kerridge.
- Ford / Mazda Warranty experience.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Must be able to perform various tasks such as:

- Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
- Duties include but not limited to:

- Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
- Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
- Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
- Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
- Up selling of other products.
- Maintaining a CSI / CVP of 90% and above
