**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent and meaningful communication to foster strong, lasting relationships.
- Drive sales growth by creating and executing strategies to increase revenue from both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry collaborators.
- Represent the company at local client meetings, industry trade shows, networking events, and other professional functions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand.
- Regularly monitor and assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, reservations, and operations—to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Provide strategic and analytical reports on client performance and portfolio activities.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the travel industry.
- Proven experience working with TMCs, independent agents, and corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of business travel and corporate governance, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative client relationships.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and rates with corporate and travel industry clients.
- Willingness to travel for work-related events, including outside of office hours.
- Energetic and approachable, with the flexibility to adapt to various challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
