Wealthbit is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager with previous experience in the information technology industry.

We build finance products to **simplify financial planning for everyone**. This is the Wealthbit platform, an app that helps people understand how to build a financially secure life while living the life they want, achieving their life goals by looking holistically at their finances. It empowers financial advisors to help more people by using the best financial planning tools available.

This role offers you not only the ability to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world, with flexitime for a great work-life balance but also be a part of something that helps people with the daunting task of planning for their financial future. You’d work with our head of product, sales team, customer support team, and product development team. In this role, you’ll get to work with people from all different parts of the

If you have 1 - 3 years of experience building and nurturing long-term customer relationships and a tech qualification, and you are familiar with the financial advisory services industry and has excellent skills in Excel, Google Workspace, Notion and is familiar with Mixpanel (or Power BI for insights) you are the person we are looking for.

Your role will involve:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and goals with Wealthbit.
- Deliver exceptional service, combining automation and personal touch, ensuring you're always ahead in client interactions.
- Actively collect and channel client feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of our services.
- Regularly check in with clients via phone calls, monitor their platform usage, and proactively reach out when necessary.
- Compile weekly reports for the management team, providing insights into customer engagement and progress.
- Develop and implement retention plans for at-risk clients, identifying early warning signs and acting pre-emptively.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, introducing them to our platform, data, and support teams.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for new systems and processes, and guide clients through these updates.

**Salary**: From R30 000,00 per month
