Ideally looking for a BI Business Analyst with 5 years plus experience. An individual with Business Intelligence projects who possesses great technical skills and project management skills to complement her BA skill would have an added advantage.
Requirements:
- B degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies, or similar with a focus on either systems or databases or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification or higher
- Two (2) years' experience in management information role
- Three (3) years' experience with the use of analytical tools such as Hadoop, SAS or MS SQL with Power BI being the most important.
- Three (3) years' experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Knowledge and exposure to data warehouse design and business intelligence applications and information products.
- An understanding of change management and its importance in business process transformation
- Experience in a multi-project environment
- Power BI is a must have (3 years experience)
- Python
- Qlikview
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning for Employee 360 System
- Business Analysis for Power BI dashboards and Power App
- Source-to-Target Mapping for data repository in Azure
- Design, develop and publish Power BI reports and dashboards
