**Job & Company Description**:
As the Head of the Finance Department you would be required to lead, manage and be strategically involved in the day to day operations of the growing business. The Financial Head will be responsible for the financial health and governance of the business.

**Education**:

- CA(SA) or ACMA with 8 years commercial experience.

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- CA(SA) or ACMA
- Technology, Telecommunications and ICT industry
- Involvement in the company's financial decisions
- Predicting future financial trends
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Reporting to the board of Directors and shareholders and providing advice on the company's future
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risks
- Effectively improving finances accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Effectively improving finance relations between the finance function and the rest of the company
- Ensure company compliance regarding tax, the Companies Act and other relevant standards and regulations
- Collaboration and management of companies BEE regulations and audits
- Responsible for daily, monthly processes and ERP
