We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Director to join our team. This is an executive level post with overall responsibility for driving our leasing team. This includes our internal brokerage team, external brokers, various tender factory teams, and lease administration.
- Close working relationships with facilities management, energy and utilities, professional team, marketing, and property finance (incl. property accounting and property administration) are essential.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand demand, trends, and potential tenants.
- Lease Negotiations: Engaging in lease negotiations with prospective tenants.
- Lease Execution: Working with potential tenants to complete the leasing process.
- Contract Administration: Managing lease contracts, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Tenant Improvement Construction: Overseeing improvements or modifications to leased spaces to meet tenant requirements.
- Marketing and Leasing: Developing effective strategies and supervising the marketing and leasing of properties.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining relationships with current and potential tenants, built environment professionals, project managers, and the business community.
- Financial control: Monitoring tenant payments and following up any overdue payments.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- At least ten years of experience in a senior leasing role.
- A strong understanding of lease contracts.
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
