**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan & implement Sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop & implement Marketing Initiatives
- Manage customer relationships & customer satisfaction
- Manage Finances, administration & reporting of your department
- Conduct resource planning & development
- Manage & lead the sales team to achieve objectives
- Adhere to Dealer & Company Standards

**Minimum Requirements**
- Min Grade 12
- Computer literate
- At least 1 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management
- At least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales
- Proven Networker
- Must be able to source stock/trade or auction stock
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
- Attention to detail, Organised & Structured
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
- Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills

**Salary structure**:

- Basic monthly salary
