The Executive Hospital Nursing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation and management of all facilities within the hospital premises. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to ensure the hospital's physical infrastructure supports optimal patient care and staff well-being. The Executive Hospital Nursing Manager collaborates with various departments to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall success of the healthcare institution.
The Executive Hospital Nursing Manager's main focus areas will be on overseeing nursing staff, patient care, and related nursing operations.

- Participate in business planning and budgeting processes and manage nursing costs according to budget.
- Ensure timeous submission of all supplier invoices for payment.
- **Training and Development**: Implement ongoing training programs to enhance nursing skills, maintain competency, and keep the nursing team updated on the latest medical advancements.
- Ensure a structured working environment for team members.
- Ensure relevant formal training for all new team members.
- **Patient-Centric Care**: Champion a patient-centric approach to care, striving for a compassionate and empathetic environment that meets the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
