**_ Position Purpose:_**

To produce or develop both digital and print visual solutions for a variety of products and services by analysing the

communication requirements and finding the most appropriate means of delivering a message using diverse methods

including typeset, colour, photographs, short-form video, logos, advertisements and illustrations.

**_ Position outputs:_**

Research, design and animate graphics for various communication platforms e.g.
- Publications, websites, electronic boards, invitations
- Corporate collateral material e.g. brochures
- Promotional display material e.g. exhibitions, advertorials, signs
- Material for internal communication campaigns and other below the

line advertising material e.g. posters, leaflets
- Presentations
- Short form video projects

Develop graphic concepts, creative and engaging promotional artwork for the various purpose-specific communication
- material and based on requirements.

Create designs and art illustrations both still and animated, for various communication and promotional material, mediums

and audiences.

Edit and optimise graphics and video content for all platforms.

Oversee production of printed material and perform required preparatory work.

Provide specialist services to regional departmental structures.

Management reporting ad hoc, weekly, monthly and annually.

Innovate within the considerations of the TPT business and what it represents broadly.

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
- Graduate degree. (Graphic Design/ Fine Arts /Motion Design/Visual Arts /Visual Communication/ Illustration/ Animation

or related field)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good understanding of Repro and DTP
- Ability in web design and graphics, uploading content, illustration,
- multimedia and animation/video
- Photography
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Dreamweaver, Premier, InDesign, Photoshop
- In-simulator instructional design and visualisation
- Must have litho, dye-sublimation and solvent print knowledge including colour matching, colour correction, image

enhancement
- Must be familiar with pantone colours and charts
- Provide design and illustrator portfolio.
- Ability to create online ads (flash, gif)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
