Looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning digital content to join a dynamic Durban based digital marketing agency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Show your mastery in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos and interactive presentations that leave a lasting impression on our audience.
- Ensure that all design assets are optimized for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and techniques, constantly enhancing your skills and bringing fresh ideas to our projects, pushing boundaries and setting new standards.
- Collaborate closely with our passionate marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring that your designs effectively communicate key messages and evoke the desired emotions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Organize your creative arsenal, maintaining meticulous file structures and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and access to design assets and project-related materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), as well as other animation tools.
- Showcase a robust portfolio that reflects your solid understanding of graphic design principles, your boundless creativity, and your prowess in animation techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles will give you an added advantage in crafting seamless digital experiences.
- Exceptional eye for detail, harnessing your visual and typographic skills to create designs that truly stand out.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, actively embracing feedback and working harmoniously to bring ideas to life.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, effectively presenting and articulating your design concepts and ideas.
