**We are looking for someone who has worked inside an actual security/emergency control room or call center.**

PSIRA Grace C - Currently Registered (Ensure your Certificate is attached as PDF) **We cannot interview unless PSIRA registered and Valid.**

Fluent in English (Able to Read, Speak and Write at First Language level - You will be speaking to clients and ALL work is done in English on computer.)
Experience working in a control room or call centre (Minimum 2 years).

Alarm Monitoring Experience (Minimum 1 year) - Preferred but not essential.

Able to work shifts (Monday to Sunday. Day and Night Shifts included)
Experience in MS Word, Outlook and intermediate PC literacy and typing skills.

**Computer use and call taking will be evaluated during the interview process.**
