**Descriptions**:
Achieve sales growth targets by successfully managing sales teams (Tele Sales Departments and Field Sales Representatives)
Preparing yearly sales budgets with the CEO and Financial manager
Monitoring of sales budget, objective setting, performance monitoring, motivating, and coaching of sales teams.
Assists in creating and implementing strategies improves productivity and sales performance to achieve the Strategic goals of the organisation
Weekly site visits with Sales Representatives
Maintaining prescribe Growth Profit Percentage targets
Maintaining price lists for customer segments
To build a culture of strong, long-lasting customer relationships through ensuring a quick turnaround time on sales related queries.
Working closely with the Marketing department in communicating promotional activities and other marketing related initiatives to clients.
Identify new emerging markets and markets shifts as well as to be actively aware of new products and competitive forces
Work closely with Human Resources in ensuring all sales personnel training initiatives are implemented, the appointment of sales personnel and that the company vision and values are adopted and cultivated throughout sales teams.

**Qualifications**:
Management certificate, diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
Proficient in MS Office and Excel, MS Teams, Zoom conferencing software
3-5 Years experience with a proven track record
The ability to effectively communicate and integrate throughout all levels of the organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Previous experience of building strong teams
Strong personal values of transparency in communications, resilience, and perseverance in times of difficulty, team spirit, fairness, honesty, and high levels of productivity
Valid driver’s license and evidence of no-criminal record
