**Job Objective**:
As a Project manager, you would oversee the development or implementation, launch, or even the full-scale overhaul of an organization’s existing strategy. In addition to overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, you need to take proactive and sound decisions to resolve issues and solve problems that arise during a project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing the whole project implementation and hand over through the project lifetime including initiate, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phase.

Monitoring and reporting on project cost, time, and quality to ensure delivery of projects with high quality standards.

Assist the business development team in the preparation of feasibility studies, implementation proposal and related cost for implementation and engineering.

Responsible for making the project implementation plan, design, and budget after project sign.

Provide project and contract administration, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and budget and in line with quality control and workplace safety processes.

Conduct regular site visits during construction and implement safety management until the project handover.

**Job Requirements**:
**Educational Background/Qualification**

Bachelor's Degree (and above) in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors in construction and project management.

**Work Experience**

Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

At least 3 years’ experience in solar business or power sector projects.

With customer resources in electrical utility or distributed photovoltaic market.

With team management experience and capability.

**Knowledge and skills required**

PMP certificate will be preferred.

With knowledge of PV systems and products.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit.

English speaking is mandatory.

**Report relationship**

Report to project director

**Working location**

Based on South Africa

**Salary**

Negotiable face to face
