Sales Development Rep

**Reason for Vacancy**

This is a new role within Autochartist that has opened due to expansion. We are looking to develop an SDR team to scale and achieve our objectives.

As a Sales Development Rep, you will be responsible for identifying international sales opportunities through outreach, nurturing, prospecting, and lead qualification.

**Reporting to**

Morgan Porteous (Sales Development Manager)

**Key experience**

Advantageous:

- Experience using Sales Navigator, Salesloft, SalesForce, or relevant CRM system
- A customer-facing role / SDR role / similar role for 1 year
- Experience navigating complex organizations, products, or services

**Main Purpose of the Position**

The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for

Creating brand awareness on LinkedIn (posting relevant, engaging Autochartist content regularly)

Engaging with potential prospects (leads and accounts) daily on Sales Navigator

Identify and research potential sales opportunities (leads and accounts)

Qualifying leads and formally handing them over to the Account Executive

Attend sales meetings with AE and qualified prospects

Achieve required targets (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Stay abreast of industry trends

Keep detailed notes of the progress of leads on CRM

Update CRM system accurately and timeously

Track your personal analytics to ensure you are tracking ahead of where you need to be

Attend regular meetings with your manager to discuss performance

Continuous self-development (attend training and webinars, read books or articles, be open to feedback and suggestions etc)

- Navigate customer organization to identify influencers and decision-makers to find new opportunities and request referrals.
- Actively increase your industry knowledge to educate and create awareness within the customer environment.

- Ensure that the CRM system is accurately updated with all necessary information (Sales Loft and Salesforce).
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
- Use the unique benefits of the solution to handle objections and secure meetings.

**Education and Qualification**

Requirements: Completed Degree / demonstrated ability to learn

**About the Company**

Autochartist uses technology to automate the production of natural language content and analytics which is used by stock, futures, and currency brokers to automate their acquisition of, engagement with, and retention of investor and trader clients.

The company enjoys a dominant position in its markets and services 150 brokers globally. Coverage extends to all liquid instruments on global exchanges and OTC markets and includes stocks, CFDs, futures and forex. Our content generation has been automated through use of big data, machine learning and proprietary technology and is available in over 30 languages.

**Working Environment & Travel**

Office-bound role (no remote work). Fast-paced and driven environment. This role may require some travel internationally. Driver’s license and own transport are essential. A European passport would be advantageous.

**Working hours**

8:00 - 17:00, Overtime may be required.
