Our Tooling client is currently looking for a **Telesales Agent
- Inbound & Outbound**in **Montague Gardens.**

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Computer literate - proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
- Well organized with strong administrative skills.
- Willing to work under pressure with high call targets.
- Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in English and Afrikaans.
- Clear credit and Criminal History.
- Clear disciplinary record.

**Responsibilities**:

- Telephone Sales and Aftersales Service.
- Customer Service and Marketing.
- Order Processing and Administration.
- Customer Data Maintenance.
- Sales target achievement.
- Processing of credit notes.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Offer focus products and specials on every call.

**Salary**: R8000 - R10500 (depending on experience)

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales: 1 year (preferred)
