**Creditors administrator**

To ensure the smooth operation of the creditors department according to the policies and procedures of the company.
- Core duties:_
- Capturing of invoices based on GRN’s
- Reconciliation of creditors statements
- Liaise with stores and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain an accurate age analysis
- Maintain a neat and systematic filing system
- Prepare payment batches for review
- Minimum requirements_

1. Matric

2. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

3. Meticulous and organized person

4. Ability to work under stressful and pressurized conditions

5. Time management is critical

6. Accuracy and attention to detail

7. Knowledge of an accounting system - 2 years minimum

8. Strong excel knowledge - 2 years minimum

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- finance and creditors: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver Licences (preferred)
