**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records,
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested,
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or office administration
