**Duties and Responsibilities**

**INTERNAL SALES - ADMINISTRATION**

1. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

2. **Order Processing**: Efficiently process sales orders, manage order documentation, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely fulfilment.

3. **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes, preparing proposals, and assisting in presentations to potential clients.

4. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately enter customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data into the company's CRM system.

5. **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. **Inventory Management**: Monitor and communicate inventory levels, assisting in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

7. **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.

8. **Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative duties, including filing, organizing documentation, and managing office supplies related to the sales department.

9. **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a positive customer experience.

10. **Sales Outreach**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on enquiries, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

11. **Training and Development**: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, participating in training sessions to enhance sales and administrative skills.

12. **Goal Achievement**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
