**Requirements**:
Relevant Qualification essential

Proven experience as a Toolmaker, Tool & Die Maker, and CNC Programmer.

Strong background in CNC programming, specifically with Fanuc Controls, Syntec, and Siemens systems.

Comprehensive knowledge of tool and die making principles and techniques.

Familiarity with mould making processes and materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Previous experience in workshop management or leading a team is advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:
Workshop Management:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and tools, initiating purchase orders as needed.

Tool & Die Making:

- Utilize your extensive experience as a Toolmaker to produce high-quality tools and dies.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create precision components.
- Conduct repairs, modifications, and maintenance of existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to understand tooling requirements.

CNC Programming:

- Develop CNC programs for various machines, including Fanuc Controls, Syntec, and Siemens systems.
- Set up CNC machines and perform calibration to ensure accurate production runs.
- Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Mould Making:

- Design and manufacture moulds based on provided specifications and blueprints.
- Perform testing and adjustments to moulds to achieve precise dimensions and functionality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure moulds meet production needs and quality standards.
