- Develop and execute strategies to grow key accounts and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Conduct regular business reviews to track customer performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry
- 3-5 Years minimum experience in account managing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
