**Position Overview**: As the Head Barman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, from crafting signature cocktails to ensuring excellent guest service. You will lead and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring consistent quality and creativity in our beverage offerings. This role is ideal for a seasoned barman with a deep passion for mixology, leadership experience, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Create and maintain an innovative and appealing cocktail menu, while also staying current with industry trends.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, with consistent presentation and quality.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cash handling, transactions, and ensure proper accounting and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal promotions, special events, and exclusive tasting experiences.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Barman, Lead Bartender, or in a senior bar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in mixology, including knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in bartending, food safety, or mixology is a plus.
