Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Create and maintain an innovative and appealing cocktail menu, while also staying current with industry trends.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, with consistent presentation and quality.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Interact with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor cash handling, transactions, and ensure proper accounting and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal promotions, special events, and exclusive tasting experiences.
  • Handle any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Barman, Lead Bartender, or in a senior bar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in mixology, including knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in bartending, food safety, or mixology is a plus.
