**The Role**

Immersive Technologies Professional Services Team leads our customers to improved results. This role best suits people that enjoy task variety and offers a blend of Face-to-Face Training, Learning and Development consulting and Business Improvement projects. As a frontline position, working directly with customers and our OEM partners, we ensure the people and process elements of our customer's technology strategy (with simulation at its core) is firing on all cylinders and is creating measurable ROI.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supply professional services including training, coaching, training systems integration and curriculum development.
- Maintain customer learning curriculum and associated records and regular reporting.
- Manage cross functional continuous improvement projects.
- Intermittent site travel to conduct training, coaching (for onsite trainers) and lead continuous improvement projects.

Conduct training needs analysis using customer data - to identify areas of improvement.

- Proven experience in training and coaching delivery, with a track record of engaging and educating diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from data sets.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
- Project planning and management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from kick-off to completion.
