Broker Assistant

**Position: Broker Assistant**

**Location: Bryanston, Gauteng**

**Salary: R10 500 - R16 000 depending on attributes**

**A consulting firm with multiple rendering services is looking for a energetic young female to join their team.**
- Must be energetic and confident
- Able to liaise in English is preferable.
- Matric is a must but degree/diploma is preferable
- Driver’s license and own transport (job will be based in Bryanston Office but like the option of them being mobile)
- Industry Training and product training will be provided

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Consultants with all administrative issues
- Liaise with product providers to insurer queries are swift resolved
- Feedback to client on progress and resolution
- Assist Consultants with onboarding of new clients both digitally and with paperwork
- Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations
- Organize office operations and procedures

**Required qualifications, competencies, and experience**:

- Matric
- Additional qualification/Certificate in Office Administration will be a plus
- Microsoft Office - Full package
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Result orientated
- Reliable, tolerant, and determined.

**Salary**: R10,500.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
