**Draft**:
Trust deeds
Deed of amendments
Supplementary trust deeds and all supporting documentation
Resolutions
Trust meeting agendas and minutes
Simple wills
Administration
Schedule appointments
Preparation of documentation for signature
Arrange and schedule boardroom bookings
General administration
Preparation of packs and supporting documentation for registration of trusts and reporting of estates at the Master’s office and arranging with agent for collection
Support with the deceased estate administration process What will make you successful in this role?
Basic knowledge and understanding of wills, estates and trusts in South Africa
Experience working within a Private Wealth environment / industry and or a legal background
High level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualification and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (a legal qualification would be advantageous)
Proven experience in a client-focused business environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Financial Service and/or Legal Industry will be advantageous Knowledge and skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Advanced Excel would be an advantage
Thorough knowledge and understanding of wills, estates and trusts in SA context
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
