Monitors and analyzes company cash positions to cover cash commitments. Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts. Coordinates company activities relating to banking. Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action. Monitors portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing performance. Directs and reviews financial statement analysis of new and existing customers. Assists in other treasury projects as directed.

**Working at NTT**

The Treasury Analyst works within the broader Finance team and is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data. They typically work with a variety of different types of information, including but not limited to accounting records, market indicators, economic reports and more.

Treasury Analysts use this information to make predictions about future events or trends. They may also be tasked with presenting their findings in an easy-to-understand format that can be easily communicated to other NTT Ltd stakeholders.

**Key role and responsibilities**:

- Review financial statements and research accounting principles to ensure accuracy of company records
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and budgets for internal stakeholder use
- Respond to questions from relevant NTT Ltd stakeholders about company performance or industry trends
- Evaluate investment proposals to determine whether they meet an organisational goal
- Assist with various accounting tasks
- Recommend changes to accounting procedures / processes to improve efficiency
- Assist in the development and implementation of new financial policies and processes
- Perform research to identify potential investment opportunities or risks in different markets
- Review financial statements and research accounting principles to ensure accuracy of company records

**Knowledge, skills, and attributes**:

- Accounting skills to record and track financial transactions, prepare budgets, and analyse financial data
- Ability to interpret financial data and make predictions based on data
- Ability to communicate information to relevant stakeholders in a clear and understandable way (verbal and written)
- Ability to analyse data to interpret and draw conclusions from large amounts of data
- Excellent problem-solving ability to enable finding solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve project deadlines within the agreed timeframe(s)

**Academic qualifications and certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or another related field
- Relevant certification(s) such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) etc.

**Experience required**:

- Prior demonstrated experience in a similar role gained within a similar global information technology organisation
- Demonstrable track record of involvement in innovation, design thinking, client and employee experience transformation

In-House Bank (IHB) Management, Balance Sheet Hedging (FX), Payment Factory Administration (POBO & ROBO), System Support for Middleware (TIS) and Treasury Management System (FIS), Payment File Configuration using Snap-Logic

**Primary objectives**

The primary objective of the STA is to administer Treasury processes efficiently and accurately whilst ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and regulations. The STA will manage the In-House Bank (IHB) and associated hedging, payments and clearing functions and will assist team members with bank and account management. The STA will work with subsidiaries to identify cash and FX exposures and provide them with support.

**Cash management**

The STA will ensure that IHB responsibilities are managed in accordance with policies and procedures. This includes preparation of correspondence and proposals for IHB participants, drafting/maintenance of IHB documentation, setup of IHB accounts, management of the IHB function in respect of POBO/ROBO, Cash and FX management, multi-lateral netting an
