**Job Role**
- Consolidate organisation-wide information, link processes and functions to do away with departmental specific systems.
- Streamline business processes to take advantage of best practices through automation, integration, and workflows.
- Eliminate redundant data entry.
- Eliminate manual input when preparing the annual budget, financial statements and management accounts.
- Improve and/or provide necessary reports and reporting capabilities, and access to data through inquiry or drilldown capabilities.
- Integrate with other systems that are in the operating environment, including banks.
- Provide seamless interface capabilities with third‐party systems; and
- Address audit issues related to legacy systems in the Client's environment

**Responsibilities**
- Roll out the Enterprise Transformation Programs as described in the paragraph above.
- Mapping URS to BRS and Tech/Apps in Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain and Loan Funding
- Manage both cloud and on-premises roll-out with integration to multiple systems.
- Manage commercial contracts and SLAs.
- Undertake analytics on the Cloud and BI tools and process automation.
- Write reports for management and the Board on a regular basis.
- Lead discussions on the business value of technology across the enterprise.
- Project and program lead, with management of the following stakeholders:

- EXCO, Project Office and Board of Directors o a team of experts and professionals.
- With the above, also manage licence and support costs including negotiating licence renewals, where necessary.
- Change management, and leadership in a changing environment

**Experience**

5 -7 Years

**Qualification**
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems.
- ERP Certification/s as Consultant in any - Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or SAGE(Minimum 2 Certifications)

**Annual Salary**

600,000 - 650,000 ZAR

**Salary**: R600 000,00 - R650 000,00 per year

**Experience**:

- ERP Consultant: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP ERP Certificate (required)
