- Responsibilities/Duties:
- Checking material due dates on arrival before drivers proceed with offloading- Processing of incoming materials per customer order number and supplier batch number into SAP as received- Capturing relevant data onto Label System and printing of Quarantine and sample stickers as received- Completing Delivery Notes for any returns or collections as required- Processing Outbound deliveries on SAP, AX, JDE and myChep- Booking of loads for outbound deliveries- Ordering of Chep pallets in line with production requirements- Filing of office documentation as required- Assisting with quarterly stock take capturing and reconciliations- Overall material control on various ERP systems-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum Requirements:- 2-3 years in a similar role- SAP proficient- Various ERP systems knowledge- FMCG experience- Analytical thinking abilities and able to work independently- Accuracy and speed**What Qualification**
