**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Take hands on ownership for the delivery into various roles within Aston Holmes
- Source & engage exceptional talent across SA, UK and US
- Map & research talent and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms
- Run with the offer stage and providing all necessary information to the operational manager to draft contracts
- Form part of the onboarding process of each new employee
- Assist with any ad hoc projects from a people operational perspective

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on Rec2Rec roles within an RPO, agency or internal environment
- Previous experience in running with the full cycle of recruitment
- Comfortable running behavioral interviews for talent across US, UK and SA
- Strong delivery focus on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing
