**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead and oversee project teams to ensure projects are completed within the outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project objectives, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored properly
- Continuously evaluate project effectiveness and implement any necessary improvements

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in terms of PM and Engineering and systems knowledge around industry best practices around OT and digital system.
- 5+ years background experience in project management as well as previously hand on experience in the field of Mining and manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital mining projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
