- Assist the Site Agent with the Day-to-Day activities of a Construction Site
- Prepare and maintain documentations with Construction Subtrades
- Monitor staff time and attendance
- Compile time sheets and submit to HR within timelines.
- Handle payroll queries and escalate to payroll HR
- Overall Site payroll administration
- Provide project administration support to staff.
- Timely Placement of Orders to Maintain Inventory of Required Site Materials
- Conduct Customer Frame Walk-Throughs
- Monitor stationery and office supply inventory, and re-stock as necessary
- Obtain, organize & maintain Construction Documents
- Maintain and file all business records in a systematic manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist in Co-ordinating Municipal and Dept Labour Inspections
- Maintain the Confidentiality of Company Information, Policies and Procedures.
- Uphold and Adhere to Company Policies to Ensure a Clean and Safe Workplace
- Monitor all working areas, ensuring conditions and equipment are within construction site standards of cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
- Provide general notices and information to staff regarding incidents, planned maintenance and events
- Facilitate the communication within the site
- Assist with ad hoc clerical tasks requested by the Site Agent, Site Engineer or management

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric or Grade 12
- 3 Years National Diploma in Office Administration will serve as an advantage
- 1 Year experience in Construction Industry as a Site Clerk
- Exposure in a Construction environment, will serve as an advantage
- Mathematics or Finance knowledge basics, will serve as an advantage
- Knowledge of general administrative processes
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good organising and planning skills
- Effective time management skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & stress tolerance
- Competent in creating and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records
- Customer centric mindset
- Professional in appearance and attitude
