**Responsibilities**:

- **B2C Decision Trees**: Utilize your expertise to design and implement B2C lead generation decision trees that convert leads effectively.
- **Media Buying**: Develop and execute media buying strategies to drive traffic and leads to our decision tree campaigns.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to optimize decision tree campaigns and media buying efforts.
- **Integration**: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate decision tree campaigns with our systems and platforms.
- **Testing**: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the seamless functionality of decision tree campaigns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and organized documentation of decision tree configurations, media buying strategies, and campaign performance.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **B2C Lead Generation**: Proven experience in designing and implementing successful B2C lead generation decision tree campaigns.
- **Media Buying Expertise**: Strong knowledge of media buying strategies, platforms, and optimization techniques.
- **Data-Driven**: A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with the technical aspects of integrating decision tree campaigns with systems and platforms.
- **Testing**: Strong testing and quality assurance skills to ensure campaign functionality.
- **Documentation**: Excellent documentation skills to maintain clear and organized records of campaigns and strategies.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
