**Job Description: Steel Site Manager**

**Overview**:
As a Steel Site Manager, you will oversee the efficient operations of steel construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Resource Management**:

- Manage labor resources effectively, including hiring, training, and supervising site personnel.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**2. Safety and Quality Assurance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve safety and quality issues promptly.

**3. Client and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
- Manage expectations and negotiate changes in project scope, schedule, and budget as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in steel construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

**Working Conditions**:
