As 70% of our customers are Americans we need to cover the US day time zone hours and therefore require staff in Cape Town who are able to cover the hours of 7pm - 3am, Monday to Friday.

The primary duty of the sales representative is to sell Expat Explore products. This includes fielding customer queries and providing customers with product information. The sales representative is also required to follow up with customers about product satisfaction and providing marketing and sales team with customer input.

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Time-management and organisational skills
- Target driven Knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices

Personality Traits:

- Empathy - Empathise with customers to truly understand their needs
- Good communication skills - Engage in active listening when interacting with customers
- Determination - It is important that
- you are driven to turn a “no” or a “maybe” into a sale.
- Self-discipline - Continue towards meeting your objectives without being prompted to do so.

**Salary**: R16,000.00 per month
