**Trainer/Coach; Training/Coaching Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents**

**Requirements**:

- More than 3 years experience **training** call centre sales agents (theoretical & practical training skills)
- **No criminal record**:

- Own **reliable laptop/desktop/PC**:

- Own **USB headsets**:

- Own **smartphone** (for WhatsApp communication with employees)
- **Stable internet connection: FIBRE / FIXED LTE ROUTER / RAIN 5G** no less than **10mbps** upload and download speed
- **Two contactable references**:

- Dedicated **workspace** for yourself at home (comfortable chair and table)
- **Reliable transport** and **willing to travel to Century City**, Cape Town

Salary to be discussed in interview.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
